Adult Therapy

Adults can have counselling for specific issues they have identified in their lives as well as feeling low, unsatisfied or anxious.

Now we all know that we must give our mental health as much attention as our physical health, many people are seeking therapy as a way of taking more control and keeping themselves in a healthier, happier place.

Adults may use one-to-one counselling and art materials to engage in their emotional state and explore their life, relationships and outlook.
